If you've selected standard shipping with USPS, your order may be delayed. USPS packages that are leaving California are being delayed up to two days, especially towards the east coast. We're not sure what's happening within the USPS network, but delays are more prevalent now than the previous months. Please be advised.

• Orders will ship on 3/30 and 3/31, depending on your weather.
• Fish / Betta updates are on Wednesdays and Thursdays @ 6PM. It may be earlier or later. That all depends because life happens.
• Please contact us for order updates if needed. If yours didn't ship, it's most likely weather related.
• If your area is under 40 degrees, overnight is highly suggested for your order, otherwise we may hold the order for more suitable weather.
• Text or web chat is best since emails end up buried behind other mail.
• Please remember we always ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• If you place an order over the weekend, your order may be shipped the following week.
